For purposes of this Cookie Policy, “Birch”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Birch Team, Inc. (a Delaware corporation) or Revealbot S.L. (Spain), as applicable to the processing described. Our Privacy Policy identifies the Birch entity responsible as controller for that processing, including processing associated with Website visits and free trials before a subscription. The entity with which you contract for a subscription is determined under “Contracting entity” in our Terms of Use and is identified on your invoice, where issued. References to “Birch” do not by themselves mean that both entities are responsible for every processing activity.
This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) explains how Birch uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage) when you visit any of our websites that link to this Policy, including https://bir.ch/ (“Websites”). It outlines what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control our use of them.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in our Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Use.

Advertising platforms as independent controllers. When advertising pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Microsoft) collect data from your visit to our Website, those platforms receive and process that data under their own terms and for their own purposes as independent third-party controllers. Birch does not control how these platforms use data once it has been transmitted. For further details, see the Advertising Partners section of our Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Cookie banner. You can accept, reject, or customize your cookie preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings”. Changing your preferences takes effect immediately for future page loads.

Do Not Sell or Share. Under CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by using the “Don’t Sell My Info” link in the footer of our Website, by adjusting your cookie preferences, or by contacting us at privacy@bir.ch.
Third-party opt-outs. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies by visiting youronlinechoices.com (EU) or optout.aboutads.info (US).
How often will we update this Policy?
