With Bïrch, you can generate cross-platform ad performance reports with any combination of metrics tailored to your needs, and get them delivered to your team and clients to Slack or email on a custom schedule
To get started, navigate to the Reports tab in Birch. This is where you can create, manage, and customize reports that consolidate data from multiple ad platforms like Meta, Google and TikTok in one place.
When setting up reports for the first time, you have two options: create a report in one click using pre-configured template or build a report from scratch. The template is optimized for quick insights, while custom reports allow full flexibility.
Birch supports data integration from Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Snapchat Ads, allowing you to track performance across all major platforms in one dashboard. Click 'New Report', select your data sources, and start customizing.
First, filter out the campaigns or adset to refine the scope of the report. You can filter by campaign name, status, or select specific campaigns, ad sets or ads that you want to look into.
For all ad platforms, you can select from dozens of performance and engagement metrics. Additionally, for Meta Ads and Google Ads, Birch enables the creation of custom metrics, allowing deeper analysis tailored to specific business needs.
Next, define the timeframe for the selected metrics. Go with Compare with the previous period to see how the performance has been changing over time.
And finally - adjust the attribution window. We recommend using the default option with ad set attribution window, especially if you use the same attribution window across all campaigns in your ad account. Alternatively, you can select one of the options from the list to check performance based on various attribution models.
Reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery, ensuring teams stay informed without manual effort. By enabling 'Deliver on Schedule', Birch can send reports directly to Slack, email, so your team and clients stay up to date about the ad performance.
For agencies and teams managing multiple clients, Birch offers white-labeling options. Reports can be fully customized with your brand’s logo, colors, and styling, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for clients.
To enable white-labelling of your reports, upload your logo within account settings, and then toggle white-labelling option by going to Share settings of the report. Under the same “share” settings, you can get a public link to share the report and trigger immediate delivery of the report via Slack or email.
That’s how cross-platform reports work in Birch. Set up your first report today and take control of your advertising data with ease.
