Using Built-in Integrations

Birch isn’t just a powerful platform on its own — it becomes even more valuable when you connect it with the tools you already use. In this video, I’ll walk you through how to integrate some of the most popular tools with Birch, what they do, and how you can use them inside Birch’s features like automation rules, reports, and dashboards.

For all these platforms, you will need to start your journey on the Integrations page by connecting the profile that has admin access to the accounts you want to manage.

Slack Integration

If your team relies on Slack for communication, this integration keeps you updated without leaving your workspace.

How to Connect:

  1. Head to the integrations page in Birch.
  2. Select Slack and click "Connect."
  3. Follow the prompts to authorize Birch.
  4. Download the Birch Slack app and connect it to your Slack workspace and Facebook account.
  5. A message will pop up offering a guided tour — click “Yes!” to explore available data inside Slack.

Once connected, you can stay updated on key changes in your ad account in real time.

  • Type /birch in Slack to see all available commands and to access real-time ad performance metrics without leaving Slack.
  • Set up automation rules in Birch to trigger Slack notifications when performance conditions are met, for example, if CPM changes or performance drops
  • Deliver Birch reports directly to any Slack channel or team member by enabling "Deliver on Schedule" in the report settings.
  • Deliver alerts about connection issues by adding a Slack channel or users under the Notifications tab in Account Settings, so you’re notified immediately if there’s a connection loss with Meta, TikTok, Google, or Snapchat accounts, allowing you to quickly re-connect and ensure uninterrupted rules and reports.

Google Analytics Integration

Birch pulls in real-time website data from Google Analytics, helping you connect ad performance with user behavior.

  • In the Analytics Report, view conversion rates, bounce rates, and traffic sources linked to your ad campaigns
  • Use Google ads automation rules to adjust bids or pause campaigns based on Google Analytics data.
  • To use GA events in Tiktok, Snapchat and Meta rules, you’ll need to use our Google Sheet integration and the GA add-on. Check out the link at the top of the screen for instructions.

Google Drive Integration

You can bulk upload specific creatives or entire folders directly from Google Drive into Meta Media Library.

  • Inside the ad creation tools, select the folder or the creatives you want to upload
  • Launch the campaigns with the newly uploaded creatives from Birch

Hyros, Wicked Reports, and AppsFlyer Integrations

If you're looking for advanced tracking and attribution, Birch integrates with Hyros, Wicked Reports, and AppsFlyer, allowing you to bring deeper performance insights directly into Birch’s reporting and automation features.

  • Trigger actions like budget change, start and pause based on the events from these tracking tools by building your custom conditions with these events
  • Get creative performance insights based on the events from Hyros, WR and AF using Ads Explorer report
